The first couple of years we lived there it was great. We didn't have any problems until the beginning of 2002 when management changed. Getting anything fixed was a joke. We would call maintenance for emergencies and they would either not call back or would say that it was their day off. The new manager was hardly ever in the office and if she was in she reaked like alcohol. She was not a very pleasant person to talk to. When she wasn't drunk she was rude. After about 2-3 months of this we decided to move out. It was very disturbing to find out after we moved out that we were not the only residents who moved out because of management and mainteance issues. Funny that they now take Section 8. I am not sure where the owners of this property get their employees but something tells me that they don't really take part in the interview process or do any evaluations on their employees.

It is kind of upsetting to see that we had spent so much of our lives at this property and that has dwindled down to the ghetto north of the river.
