I lived at Rockhill Gallery for just over a year under the new management (since 2007). I had nothing but trouble. When renting, they pulled a bait-and-switch tactic that left me in an apartment I didn't really want. The parking spots are way too small for the vehicles that park there. The apartments were pretty safe, despite their location. I only know of two incidents that occurred while I was there, and both happened outside of the apartments. The staff lacked professionalism. I never had any problems with noise. The other tenants are good neighbors. The 2 washers and 2 dryers in each building are not enough and access to them is difficult when carrying laundry. The price of laundry is very high.
