false advertising this gated communtiy is not gated the exit gate is chain locked, the front gate stays open I was never given a access key there have been 2 shootings there that ive seen on the news how many others i know my hallways smell like a weed factory the hall carpets are NASTY it stinks the trash dumpster is 2 blocks away and what happened to the security' ' ' ' ' office employess are Rude.it took 3 months to fix my alarm & maintnance is a joke!when my year came and they offered to clean my carpet the lazy ass did a piss pore job! ! ! dont do it

You must have lived in my complex because you just described it to a "T" Even if it is not my complex (I am moving out in a month btw) the whole complex outside of the manager's office looks and smells this way. I was greatly disappointed at the lack of security that was promised. Blood curdling screaming at 4:00 in the morning; gunshots with no way of knowing where theya re coming from. Ceilings and joysts are cracking - maintenance is more than a joke. My security alarm was never fixed; the sliding glass door to the bedroom will not close. Mice, bugs spider infested - all in the first week of being there. This place IS NOT NICE!!!
