You can polish a turd, it's still a turd From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   From the freeway or parking lot, yes the apartments look great. Once they move you in it's a whole other story. For 7 months we were told they were going to replace the carpet "sometime next week". 4 days after I moved in my car was stolen. The apartment manager's husband is a detective and she said "those things happen". Trash piles up next to the dumpsters all to often. That is if the residents even make it to the dumpsters and not leave it in the parking lot. We've had 3 packages stolen from our door step, we now have to tell anyone sending mail to leave the mail at the office, where it takes 20-30 minutes to get one of the managers to look for a piece of mail. The gates are still broke, they were working for about a day. Don't even think about trying to swim unless you want 200 kids jumping on you.
