The grounds look nice but have had problems with maintenance and some staff. When my shower was leaking into the apt below, they had redo my entire shower. Even though I got a new shower, it took the maintenance people a month and a half to put it in, which is ridiculous. During the whole process, no one ever bothered letting us know what the hold up was until we called them like a hundred times. I also had some issue with a woman that worked in the office who was always bitchy. Luckily, she stopped working in the office. The people in the office now are all pretty nice. Crime wise, I've only heard of cars being stolen a couple winters ago but people had left their keys in their car while their cars were warming up. Overall, I'd rate this place as just okay.
