No joke, these apartments are ghetto. The grounds look nice, but anybody can grow grass. This place was falling apart. I got out of my lease because I found multiple building code violations, and threatened to blow the whistle on them, and they let me go immediately. They even gave me back my deposit. If you want out look for things like breaker boxes without lids, bare wires, no fire extinguisher in the hallways, knockouts in breaker boxes in common areas that do not have wires routed throughthem, but do not have blanks in them. Look in your breaker box in the apartment and see if there are empty spaces where you can see the copper bus bar in the back. These are all code violations, and I am sure there are tons more. Just look around, take some pictures, and tell them to let you out or you are calling the department of public health and safety. And for those of you who work at Royal Woods and are reading this you need to clean this dump up, and bring it p to code. Raise the rent, and get rid of some of the trash around there. Then the crime rate will go down.
