I will not renew my lease. I moved in last August and my car stereo has been stolen. My bike was stole off my balcony in the middle of the night before Mother Day while I was there.

The ways are paper thin and I can hear everything...everything - baby mama drama, "why is she calling", and etc.

The grounds are decent however you pay too much on a deposit you will never see. For example your deposit is $300. Two hundred you will never see because "they remove the carpet from all the apartments after you move". In addition, getting a pet isn't worth the deposit and or additional rent. The security gate never works. When I set up a phone line the system was not functional.

I wonder if the people who "loves it" works for the apartment complex.

Especially for a single young lady, don't rent there.
