I was robbed at gunpoint

By two black male youths.

I have reported the matter to the police. I parked my car and was walking to my apartment at 8pm, and they were literally outside my apartment entrance.

The security gate was never repaired and still remains broken.

It is very unsafe and I am suing. My neighbors have had their cars burglarized. I have told them I want my rent back and deposit and be reimbursed for pain and suffering. THey have not replied.
