This place is the pits. Stinking carpets. people have knockes the door jams out of their place. Crime is up all the time. The "secured gates" they don't work so it is open to anyone. Gang activity is all over the place as well as broken beer bottles and trash. Response to maintenance is very bad - sometimes they get to you mst of the time they lie to you. It will get fixed eventually it just depends on how long you can put up with the hassle. Used to be ok now it's a slum
