These apartments suck . I have lived here for 4 months and it has been nothing but hell since I moved in. My heat went out and when I reported it i was told that i'd have to wait until Monday and this was on a Friday. The tiolett has overflowed so many times and they told me I should not have flushed it. My bath tub leaks and has been leeking for a while and it leaks so much it fills up my mop bucket and then some and I still have to pay the stupid bill. There was someone living in my landry room sleeping on the mat that was originally mine that was in fromt of my door ( But I gyuess he really needed it). The management is trynna tell me they clean out the laundry room every Monday and Wednesday......They culdnt be when this stuff was in the laundry room for 2 weeks''' My cieling just recently sprung a leak and when I called maintenance I was told to see what they are doing upstairs... Hello this is your job I shouldnt have to check on that. Come to find out a pipe busted and they should be fixing it soon. When I moved in I was told that the hallway carpet was about to be redone, nothing has been done yet and the carpet is dingy and smells like piss. The complex talks about how it is a gated community these gates have not been closed since I moved in and even before I moved in I visited friends and the gate has never been closed. There was recently a gun fight right by my back door and it lasted for 15 minutes but it was 25 minutes before anyone showed up.. So that means they got away. The management has not notified residents of a recent robbery that took place in February I saw it on the news 1 week ago. I would not reccomend anyone move into these apartments until it is taken over by new management and even then there needs to be a renovation cuse alot of the problems I had I was told should have been detected prior to me moving in if they had inspected correctly.
