OMG....I HATE IT I HATE IT...THE STAFF SUCKS!!!!!!!! MY APARTMENT IS KINDA OK BUT IVE BEEN ASKING THEM TO REMOVE THIS DAMN BEE HIVE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND GUESS WHAT...ITS STILL HERE...TO THIS DAY IVE STILL NEVER BEEN ON MY PATIO AND THATS SAD...THE PEOPLE ABOVE ME ARE JUST RUDE...IVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES ON THEM AND THE OFFICE GONNA TELL ME THEY DONT THINK THEIR MAKING THAT MUCH NOISE...SO I TOLD THESE DUMB MF'S IF MY PICS AND SMOKE DETEC KEEPS FALLING DOWN THATS TOO MUCH....AS YOU KNOW NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE....MY LEASE IS UP IN DEC BUT IM REALLY THINKING ABOUT BREAKING IT...THATS HOW MUCH I HATE IT.....IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT MOVING OVER HERE GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to say I feel your pain, I went through that same thing in Stonehaven South you really don't want to go there. But I use to live in Royal Woods in 2001, It was pretty cool then, but I've been watching this sight and it seen like a lot of apartments in KC has gone in the dumps, Just be real careful where you go next and Good Luck.

not only all of that but I live there as well and have had to appoxy my license plate to my car as they have been stolen so many times... be carefull if you move in here it is horrible!!!!!!
