they falsely represent the appartments as a gated community ... although they do have a gate it does not shut, ever!!!! the solution to this was to put up cameras at the gate which do not work, ever!!!!!!they also say they have on property security which is in itself a joke as the KCPD has beat security there on all four occassions that I have called them... My property has been broken into stolen and vandalized on four seperate occassions ... and I question my saftey walking to and from my car... If your moving in here buy a gun!!!! the management will not return your phone calls if you leave a message and gives you the run around if you have a prblem... though at first they are uber accomadating until you sign the lease then its a complete reversal!!!!

my car was also broke into THEN STOLEN!! the gated community is misrepresented by management. i requested it to be closed then my car was stolen. i have further requested measures to be taken to ensure my property and i be secured. i will post the actions taken by management. it is hoped that a plan will be developed to keep all tenants safe. no tenant here can afford for the stealing and vandalism to continue. STEP IT UP MANAGEMENT AND PATROL AND THE TENANTS TO TAKE AN ACTIVE STANCE ON THIS ISSUE
