Nice Quiet Huge Safe Apartments - 5.0 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I love these apartments. As a single woman, I feel very safe. And since most of the residents are older, there aren't any noise problems like many other apartment complexes have with punk kids and thugged out teenagers. The management seems to screen well. This apartment is very quiet and a very nice place to live. Other people have mentioned noise problems, but this is only limited to the few apartments that are directly behind the bar (which doesn't seem to be open very often anyway.) In addition, I never had any problems with management or maintenance - they've always been very kind to me when I go in to pay rent. If I had a question, they were ready to help. These apartments are BIG and also have a BIG balcony/patio. The only downside I can see would be that they are a little older, no dishwasher, and could use a facelift on the inside (especially the kitchen), but these are small prices to pay to get all the other benefits, including a pool.
