Scandia Village Apartments

I'm SICK OF THIS PLACE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Both of my cars have been vandalized within the last two weeks. Last week, two cars (including mine) were broken into and the radios were stolen. THis week, my car was gouged with a key or other sharp instrument.
