I can't wait to move out due to the noise levels here

It's a nice place IF you can handle the noise levels from the neighbors.
Prior to signing the lease we specifically asked about the noise levels several times and were assured this place was quiet.
As it turns out not only can you hear the TV next door, comprehend people's conversations and hear their microwave 'ding', even worse is the sound of the people living above you which is somehow amplified (much like a drum) by the H-shaped concrete ceilings.
The mating moans and groans are bad enough, worse you have to listen to them using the bathroom in detail which in my case is above my bedroom.
You even get to hear them pulling the tp off the roll, capped off by the dropping or slamming of the toilet seat.
The man above me goes to the bathroom between 4:00 and 4:19 AM on average 5 days a week. I know this because the noise he generates relieving himself wakes me up.
I'm not a light sleeper by any means. That's just how loud it is here.
The large heavy metal fire escape exit doors here that many use to come and go through slam so hard that you can feel the force through my bedroom wall. I'd almost bet good money if you held a lit match within an inch or two of my bedroom wall it'd get blown out by the noise and force of the exit doors slamming closed here.
As for parking they have no assigned spaces. First come, first served. There's usually a space somewhere you may end up 15 feet from the entrance way you just may end up half a block away.
Nice place, good view, friendly management though one should keep in mind they are salespeople, and as such they may not be forthcoming as you would liked them to have been.
The positive things about this place in no way make up for having no privacy nor any isolation from the noise around you, not to mention being awakened at all hours of the night.
Of the 25-30 different places I've lived in during my lifetime, this is without a doubt the loudest place I've ever lived in.
