I lived here in the first six months of 2005... in a furnished studio, decent place, the rent included heat, hot water, electricity and cable. Laundry room in the basement is not particularly ideal, parking was decent.

One unusual benefit of this place is the Folgers coffee roasting plant right next door - the whole block smells like coffee, which is very pleasant. Old, brick-walled warehouse style building adds a nice atmosphere as well.
