Depends on what you are looking for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I have lived in Stonehaven South apartments for almost 3 years. The first 2 years it was a good place to live. I had no problems with management and maintenance. When you made a maintenance called they showed up and did the work the same day. In the last year the have changed property managers and the new manager is not professional and very rude. The maintenence staff was cut down to one person until recently, and now they may have two people. Therefore, when you call maintenance it will take them 2 or 3 days know to come and fix anything, if they show up at all. And then you have to call back and remaind them that you called and had a problem. I transferred to a different apartment and the office changed my move-in date on me without informing me. All the work that they were suppose to do before I moved in, it took them 2 months to do it, after I called and/or went to the office 2 or 3 times a week. I plan to move out of this complex when my lease is up, and would not recommend this property to anyone else you do not care about maintenance problems never getting fixed in a timely manner or a nonprofessinal property manager.
