this was a miserable experience for me and my roommate.my car got broke into twice.neighbors got their door kicked in by a burglar.our apt leaked every time it rained.carpet wet all the time.we changed apt.still had same leak problem at new address.cracked foundation is a mess.shootings.new years eve,guys shooting guns into the air decided to shoot up resident car instead.spiders,roaches,ants,mice,everything that crawls.sure we pay alittle more at our new place,but it's worth it.

I knew it wasn't just me. That had to be the worst place I have ever lived. The rent is to high to live in the ghetto. You're better off going to Hill Top on 21st at least you know what you're getting before you get there and the rent match the conditions of the complex.
