I lived here for many years without many problems. It was an old building so things would break, but the rent was cheap. But then they changed management and hired a different maintainance man. They painted it untanned butt. Not very pretty. The maintainance man would come in at all hours and sit in his truck and watch the window. The plumbing broke and was never fixed. Then there was a dumpster fire, drug deals, and nightly gunshots. The police were no help. I'm a professional cleaner and I cleaned the place better than when I moved in, but I still didn't get my deposit back. If you like drugs and crime, this is your neighborhood. If you value safety, don't let the cheap rent pull you in. Your car would be a better bet.
