Parking - I was assigned a parking space and there are people parking in my space on a regular basis. When you call the office to complain they tell you to deal with it by leaving notes on the car. I thought that is one of the responsibilities of the office. Noise - I have lived here for almost a year and they just last month put out a letter saying that kids are not to play in the halls. That should have been stated at the time of move in. They say that they have someone that comes through and cleans the common areas in the building. If that is true they need to hire someone else. The common areas always smell and are dirty. I have to hold my breath just to get to my apartment because it smells so bad. Maintenance, there is no maintenance. They had someone there for about a month, and no there is no one. They say even have emergency maintenance. That is a joke. They will call you and ask can you wait until morning to get your problem fixed. If I could have waited I wouldn't call emergency maintenance. I got fooled by the price and the visit. When I went to look at the apartments they were quite and well maintened. But then I moved in.
I thought that the problem was just in my building, but I have discovered that it is the whole complex. I guess anyone can come up with 60 dollars for a deposit, and they let anyone move in.
