Lived here for a year and loved it. I have a townhome and hardly any problems and the two or three that I have had were fixed the same day. The grounds are kept up very well and the staff is friendly. However, if you do not pay your rent on time or your apartment is filthy then they might have a problem with you. My rent is always on time and my place is exceptionally clean and the staff is great to me. Try obeying the rules and then you might not have a problem.
