Noise From: invisiblelady Date posted: 10/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   It's been quite a while since moving out of this place, but I have to say it was a horrible experience. Our bedroom window sill was rotting, because every time it rained water came in around it. The guy downstairs snored like a freight train and we could hear every bit of it. There were strange bugs in the laundry room. The people upstairs apparently played basketball in their apartment. Our car was broken into once and they tried again another time but were run off by another resident. I can't imagine that the structural issues or quality of tenant has increased any since I left. They threatened to evict us for non-payment when I had the canceled checks in my hand.
