I have lived in my one bedroom, 2nd floor apartment for a year and a half. I have recommended this complex to everyone I know interested in an apartment. The one-bedrooms units are the largest in the area. If you take away my bedroom, that's about the size of the competing one bedrooms. Every unit has a fireplace, and they don't charge you extra for it. Maintenence is awesome. They change the furnace filters every 3 months, and they are there within 24 hours to fix any problem that occurs. Sometimes less. The grounds crew do a wonderful job as well. The landscaping is addressed at least once a week in the summer, and snow is immediately removed in the winter. They even clear each one of my steps and the deck, so that i have to walk thru absolutely no snow piles. Utilities are relatively inexpensive, despite the fact we have both electric and gas. It is very quiet here, despite the fact that mostly college-age people live around me. And 169 highway is sometimes noisy, but only if the windows are open. I am not aware of much crime, considering its 5 minutes from the police station. It is close to everything: shopping, highways, etc., and pizza is delivered in about 15 minutes, every time! I know they don't have as many ammenties as other complexes in the area, but I don't have as many headaches as I hear about from my friends who live elsewhere.
