I've lived here for a year and three months. Looking forward to leaving. The walls aren't very sound proof. My neighbor blares music at 2 am, I can hear my neighbor above pretty clear. The windows are NOT well insulated. Everything is outdated. You would think paying the price we do for a one bedroom apartment they would be able to put some money into some new cabinets or lanolium. The cabinets are sticky, I've cleaned them with everything I could think of. They are just old. A few bug problems, but the maintenance is pretty on top of things. Although one time I was having problems with my air, it was real humid in the apartment, like the filter needed changed. They said they came to look at it and said it was fine. But when they came in a few weeks to do routine filter changes, it was jammed packed. As far as office staff goes, they are decent. One time I was in a crunch, had an emergency, my friend passed away and had to go out of town so I was back one day after rent was due and she made me pay 40 dollars, I guess that's life. But she wasn't sensitive to my situation. And, for safety- it's good for the most part. But, one morning I came out to my car and my license plate was half way pryed off, like someone was going to steal it. It hasn't been a horrible experience here, but I didn't love it. Oh not to mention, if you dont' like living in dungeons, take the top floor because the bottom is really dark and depressing. I'll end on a positive note, the outside maintenance is great! The flowers and yard always looks nice.....
