Not the best place I have lived

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The office staff is not the most helpful, and they were not very honest when leasing the apartment to me. I am assuming they work on commision. The comment about utilities is no longer true. The storage and laundry facilities are a joke, and the noise is outrageos. I often lose sleep.
