NOT a good place to live

I did not like living at Tanglewoods. The utilities were outrageous!!!! You do not pay KCPL, you pay Tanglewoods. I think they divided the payment between all tenants in the building. My a/c was out in June for TWO weeks!!! My heat kept going out. The bugs were horrible and they never sprayed. It took mgmt forever to respond to anything. Don't expect your deposit back either. I definitely would NOT recommend.
