I've lived here for almost 13 months now. The noise started before I even got all my stuff moved in! The 1 bedrooms are right on the highway so forget about trying to sleep through rush hour or leaving your windows open. I too have had problems with spiders, in fact I killed one just last week that was bigger than a half dollar. The apartments look like they came out of the 70's an most of the appliances are probably that old too. I get no hot water out of my bathroom sink, the pipes just knock, and I've had to have maintenance relight my hot water heater twice. It feels like there's a hole in my dinning room floor under the carpet. Their laundry sucks. It too expensive and their washers are VERY small. The dryers either burnt my clothes or left them damp. It took me 10 months of constance complaints to get rid of my noisy neighbor and he stole the plates off my car. Now that I got rid of him, someone else just as loud has moved in. Lately I can smell POT every time I get my mail. I guess someone in the 2bedrooms doesn't know that smokes goes out the windows. The staff is NO help at all. I was told reasonable noise was ok, but when I can make out the lyrics of the song coming from the apt next door I think it's too loud. There are people that come in and out the complex at all hours of the night with stereos so loud it shakes my windows. My lease is up at the end of May so I don't even bother to complain anymore. It sounded like a good deal when I moved in, but I'm happily moving to Johnson County in hopes people will be more respectful of their neighbors. Maybe if you're never home this would be a good apartment but I wouldn't let any of my friends move in.
