THEY SAY, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET, WELL NOT ALWAYS MY RENT 800.00/MO ULT INCLUDED. NOT TO BAD AND DON'T GET ME WRONG IT IS A HUGE APART 2 BED 2 BATH AND A HUGE BALCONY. AND IF IT WAS JUST THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY. BUT THEN YOU THROW IN THE EXTRAS LIKE NO A/C, NO HOT WATER, LEAKING ROOF, POOR SERVICE FROM MGNT, CRACK HEADS AS NEIGHBORS, PAN HANDLERS ASKING FOR CHANGE AS SOON AS YOU STEP OUT OF YOUR CAR, NOT MENTION THE PARKING GOOD LUCK. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

i am this persons neighbor. i know because their is only 1, 2 bdrm in the building. He is currently under eviction so no he will not be renewing his lease. The police had to escort his estranged wife from the biulding numerous times. she is now banned from the biulding.

My neighbor told me to check this out. This guys wife would be so high she would stand at the elevator and tear the paint & sheet rock off the walls around the lobby. Leaving this for everyone to see. Also she was bringing in all these creepy people all the time. I am glad to hear she is not allowed in the building anymore. i am glad they are being evicted. I am telling all the neighbors
