I only lived here for one day. The night I moved in, I was awoken by the sound of my deadbolt being opened from the outside. This was after I had personally witnessed maintenance change my deadbolt prior to me moving in. After slamming into the door, right as it began to open, and barricading it, I had the police and manager come. The manager admitted to having allowed an ex-maintenance employee, who had recently been fired for stealing from tenants, to stay in the building without securing his master keyring that opened any door in the building. Luckily I was able to get out of my lease through threat of legal action. Also, the place was full of bugs, loud drug addicts, and overall was in terrible repair. Anyway, I would strongly encourage you to avoid this building at all costs.
