The rent is good and it's close to penn valley. I don't have a bug problem in my apartment and there are some creepy people living here, none have really bothered me much. Air conditioning is not included so a window unit is a really good thing to have for summer. If your needs are simple and noise isn't a problem, it's a good place to live.
