I reccomend...depending on the location of apt. From: justanaddressforjunk Date posted: 3/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   I lived near the front of the property, near the clubhouse in the first buildings built. I never had any problems with noise or flaws with constuction. I never had even one maint. request ever!!! I had some friends who moved into the newer built ones and had alot of problems. The office staff was rude and didnt give a crap.. but thankfully i didnt have to deal with them except to pay rent. I had reasonable heating/cooling bills I lived in the big one br and they were never higher than $70 and i was on the 3rd floor. I always had a parking space close to my apt, which was important to me being a single woman who gets home form work at 11pm. I felt safe there and the grounds were clean. But Like i said i lived near the clubhouse... ofcourse they are gonna keep the upkeep top notch there.. Im not sure how nice they are now since i lived there when they were new.. but I would move back only if i got one located in the front again.
