why do they still have jackie working there if all the reviews are about her and are very bad...we almost lived there and by reading the reviews and meeting jackie herself made our decision not to live there...im sorry that you had to go thru that...

I would like to know what the name of the company that owns the complex is. I am so glad that I found this site so I could spread the word about this place and the manager. Glad it's not only I who has been mistreated by these people. Funny, a friend that I referd to move in got screwed by Jackie when she just recently moved out. She will try to take Jackass, I mean Jackie to small claims court. They have tryed to screw me over on my monthly rent, as far as my perferd employer discount is concerned. Glad you didn't make the mistake of signing a lease here. I wouldn't have either had I have had direct interaction with Jackie. The girl that help me no longer works there. I can see why. Regards..

I have never had a problem with the manager. She is a by the book kind of manager and if you don't pay your rent or cause problems I could see why you wouldn't like it. As for the girls in the office they are all very nice. I really like it here! I just renewed my lease!!!

Hi from Alberta, Canada-- We lived at Kelly Crossing for almost a year from 2000-2001. We were treated extremely well ,and there was not a concern that was not addressed promtly !!! I realize that sometimes there are issues, but very often they are brought on by the people themselves that live there. Many years ago we looked after several apt. blocks and it amazed us how many people tried to get away from, and out of paying rent--would leave the place extremely dirty,and would fight like crazy to get back money that was not coming to them. I want to emphasize that I know there are always problems to deal with,but more times then not the tenants will have a past record of problems.
We loved it there , it was beautiful- and after having checked out many,many other apt's., we got ,by far, the best price at Kelly Crossing. We wish all you great neighbors to the south the very best !!!!!!!

the positive aspects of Kelly Crossings reversed abruptly when it changed management some time around 2002 and became downright unpleasant when it changed ownership in 2005.
- resident of 4 years.
