I lived here for almost 3 years and had absolutely no problems. The grounds are exceptionally maintained and I never had problems with the office staff or any of my neighbors. The grounds guy was extremely nice and would often times take my trash to the dumpster for me if he was making his rounds and saw me throwing it on top of my car.
They had regular events at the clubhouse for tenants - including pizza specials, wine tastings, halloween parties and easter egg hunts for the kids, and even a fishing contest in the lakes there. They also have a library DVDs available for free checkout from the clubhouse.
The pools are great, the apartments are really nice, with huge walk-in closets, extra storage off the balcony and 9 foot ceilings, roman soaking tub, etc.. My utilities were also super cheap. They have a small selection of paint colors you can choose from if you wish to paint one of the walls in your living or dining room. Not many apartments can say that.
The people that keep complaining about the noise, staff, etc.. are probably the same people who will call the cops on their neighbors for blaring their TV too loud at 10pm on a Saturday night. Some people can never be pleased and appreciate nothing.
