(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

I just moved into The Ethans and it has been a great experience so far. My Leasing person was very nice and the apartment was in tip top shape. They even left a great gift in the apartment for me upon move in. They have you fill out this move in sheet if there are any problems or just simple things you would like to note like scrathes on countertops ect.but I had nothing to note because there was nothing wrong with my apartment and I am a pretty particular person. Maybe I'm a lucky one but I would recommend it here.
