(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

The new manager must have given the previous resident some kind of bonus for saying that nicey nice crap about her. The manager is the mose ridiculous person I've ever dealt with, must be totally hormonal. It's one thing one day , something else the next. She will blatantly lie when the need arises. The office staff at The Ethans goes from bad to worse.
