This is a decent place.for the first year. I have some serious concerns that the people who keep coming back to this site to negatively rate the complex over and over again are jilted former employees or evicted residents. The odds are about 50/50 you'll either get a bad deal or a good deal with these apartments. I do have neighbors who have had ALOT of problems with their apartments. I haven't.

My initial response on here was good. I have not had problems in the first 10 months of my lease. However, they raised my rent over 100 dollars a month, and things started happening. I told them I couldn't afford it and I would have to move. The staff has become very rude to me. A staff member tried to tow my car after placing nasty notes all over it because I parked in her spot when there was 5 other spots right beside my car to park in. She knew it was my car and where I lived, but she snuck around and tried to tow it. The tow driver, who I believe to be her friend, asked her if she needed anything from the store and told me I saved myself 200 dollars. I perceive this as staff trying to get some business to their buddies in the towing business. This is how they treat their tenants. Stay away! I thought I would give them a shot, that it couldn't be as bad as most of the reviews. I wish I had never moved here. Oh when you're swimming in the pool (if they ever re-open it, its been closed for the hottest 2 months of the summer) watch out for broken glass because people drink beer in there every night.

You parked in a carport which you arent paying for. Yes there were other regular spots to park in so why didnt you park in them? There are signs posted you will be towed if you are parked in a carport that you are not paying for. The only reason rent goes up $100 is if you want to be on a month to month lease. There are 2 pools at The Ethans, we have had one or the other closed at different times this year but there has always been one open. It seems to me that when people do something they are not supposed to and have consiquences for it that's when thy want to bad mouth.

attention shutyourmouthup234 you are staff, don't try to sugar coat the crappy service and rudeness of the ethans. Clearly, you don't live at the ethans.

actually I did live at the ethans and no longer work there.The points were valid and true and not just because I used to work there. I was mad because people are stupid and complain about the wrong things and do nothing about the for real bad stuff that goes on there but they continue to live there and write bad things on this site. I still check every now and again to see how the old -------- is doing and well I see the obvious!
