(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

DONT APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO MOVE IN ON TIME AND EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU IN THE BEGINNING TO BE TRUE WHEN YOU COME TO MOVE IN. mY APARTMENT WASNT READY AND THE PRICE AND SET UP CHANGED. THE MANAGER TOLD ME I WAS LUCKY TO EVEN HAVE AN APARTMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL FULL BUT IT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED. I GIVE THE ETHANS A THUMBS DOWN AND THE MANAGER TWO THUMBS DOWN
