(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

The Ethans is beautiful! I moved in about a month ago and the apartment is nice for a good price. My neighbors are quiet and the place is beautiful to drive through every day when I come home from work. It really makes me feel like the rent I pay is going toward something. Check it out for yourself.

All I have to say is give it time or wait untill you need something from management or something needs to be fixed. I hope you have better luck than the rest of us.
