(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

They are not as nice as they look

I am a resident at The Ethans. My boyfriend and I have lived there for going on 2 years. My leasing agent (Krysten) has done a wonderful job and been very helpful from the start. Some of the other people in the office have been and are ALWAYS very RUDE and unwilling to help. Maintenance is a HUGE let down. They do not fix things and it takes an unreasonable amount of time for them to complete the work order; which is completed at 50% and not fixed correctly. If you need something fixed you are better off fixing it yourself, even though its "a violation of your lease", but if they are not going to fix it someone will have to.
