We moved in here in about 9 months ago. For starters, when I arrived, my apartment hadn't even been cleaned. I called my leasing agent and someone had to come and clean up the dead bugs and broken glass around all the "newly replaced" windows (some still leak however) before we could even move in. Also paid extra for the "remodeld version" which was to have new countertops, though our countertop had an 8 inch long piece missing from it. They did replace this after I asked.
Several months were fine, just lots of noise. (When lying in bed at night, I can hear the upstairs neighbor peeing in the toilet, that kind of thing).
Two weeks ago we were invaded by termites and the apartments tell me "there is nothing you can do to get out of your lease". Though they have treated twice, the bugs can still be found in my bedroom, kitchen table, bathrooms and flying around my face at times. Then our neighbor was assaulted and put in the trunk of her car a few days ago. Needless to say I sleep with a chair in front of my door now. If you value your money, safety and not having bugs on your pillow at night, don't come here.
