They are nice apartments, but you have to walk around all the wild cats and their pop that is in front of your door. They say that they have 2 gyms/pools. LIE! Make sure you watch what you are told while renting because once again they lie...... You do have to pay for water and do not expect to get your deposit back. There will be no parking and most of the time you will have to park on the street. The rent will increae over $30.00 the next year. So make sure you do not rent the apartment at a special rate in the begining.

I am also confused by this. I have personally used these amenities ever since I moved in here. Also, you might want to check the spelling on the all caps title to your post before posting it. :O)

The only time you can use the gym at the main clubhouse is during office hours! HOW CONVENIENT....because we all are stay at home junkies and have no jobs! By the way....the gym stuff in both gyms SUCK! They are from the 1970's and the treadmill at the second place is NEVER WORKING!
