I was looking into moving to The Ethan??s and was reading all of these bad reviews so I am getting second thoughts. Most of these results are very old and I wanted to find someone who currently lives there and could share some information about the utilities, break ins, and poor management/maintenance.

I have lived in the Ethans for 7 months and haven't had many problems. My 2 maintenance requests were taken care of THAT DAY. I know some of the maintenance men personally after meeting them just walking around the complex. My neighbors are friendly and I have never had a problem with the management, or staff. I believe all of these complaints are from people who complain about anything and everything. Therefore the staff won't treat them like they treat the 75% of the tenants that don't complain, and don't have a problem with the Ethans. No im not a manager, and no I do not work for the Ethans!

I wouldn't live there. The managers are horrible. They'll be sweet to you when your looking to move in there but once you move they become monsters. I still have problems with loud neighbors, loud music, speeding cars...etc. Thugs constantly walk the streets at night how heckle women walking/running (I know from personnel experience). My vehicle was keyed a couple of weeks ago and the tire was slashed a couple of months ago. List goes on....Don't live there.

I currently live in the ethans and think it is just fine for the price. I have had no problems with anything except parking, which I easily solved with getting a carport spot. I don't think I have noticed any 'gang bangers' roaming the streets and the noise level is suprising quiet. I have had a few maintence requests and they were both dealt with the same day. Like i said the only issues I have had are the parking is limited and a bit difficult, and I wish there wasn't so much traffic on the main road (hickory). I would recommend living here.
