My boyfriend and I moved here about 4 months ago. At first I was very apprehensive because of all the negative comments people had made, but we already put down our deposit, so we just went ahead and moved in. The only problem we ran into was when our friends car was broken into! His stereo and i-pod were stolen, he did leave his i-pod sitting in the drivers seat, and his car unlocked. Not an excuse for someone to steal, but he should have locked his car. Other than that situation, it's been nice living here. It's quiet, and all of our neighbors are great. As far as that utility bills comment, I really don't agree! Our water bill is always $27 a month. We have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher we use often! Our electric bill is around $100, but you have to take into consideration that everything is electric, and our air conditioner is on 24/7! And our rent is $615! That is great compared to other apartments that have the same ammenities! I really think that some people are just way too anal! It's an apartment! everything will not go as expected! Too anyone considering moving to The Ethans, I would recommend it!

yeah right! your a resident? love the apt lingo you use! face it your company sucks and you get paid crap and still feel the need to take up for their lack of caring to do something with the place.

Are you saying if someone sounds like they have a decent I.Q. that they cannot possibly be a satisfied resident? I am considering moving there and from what I've found from apartment reviews in general, I believe that some people just like to complain. I am doing my research and this place looks very nice and seems quite competitive as far as price is concerned.
