Don't come here, they don't pay their portion of water bill!

Summary says it all. I called the water company and they told me they are billed one bill. The office is suppose to pay their portion and then the rest is divided up between the residents. Its because they have leaks in the sprinkler system (hence the streets being wet at the curbs when they are off) and they are on all the time. Don't let them fool you that they pay their portion.
