I lived at the Ethans for 4 years while I was in college and was finally sick enough of it and in a good position to move out.
I had 2 different incidences over a year apart where I caught peepers looking in my bedroom window and filled out police reports but the office did not inform other tenants. Once, the upstairs neighbor emptied his waterbed in the living room and soaked my floor as well (all the office did was spray some stuff on the carpet "to keep it from molding" but didn't wet vac it or anything). The lights above my car in the covered parking I paid extra for were always burned out and never replaced. And finally, the thing that made me the happiest to leave was my last night there when I was moving out. I was standing at my trunk trying to fit things into it when I heard a noise behind me and turned around to see a guy coming at me, face covered, waving his ----- at me. When the police came, they told me they've had a problem with this guy at these apartment but haven't been able to catch him. When he ran away from me I heard an apartment door slam so I know he lives there. I wish the apartment office would have notified me of this so I wouldn't have been outside in the dark by myself. I told the office to notify it's residents but I still don't think they have.

Speaking of education, what is grammer? The last time I used Webster's dictionary I could not find such a word...next time try grammar, it sounds more intelligent. Besides, what does an individual's educational background have to do with pointing out the clear issues that this apartment complex needs to deal with?

I think lindabrooks66 lives in the retirement area where everyone her age is "nice", (dirty old men). She needs to come out of retirement and live in the real world with eyes wide open and not shut. I think she forgot what year we are living in.
