Make sure u have everything in writing at least twice. The women in the office have God syndrome complex and will screw u out of every penny they can. Dont even think of trying to get your deposit back. There good at losing paperwork that would help u, but anything that could be used to get more money they will have right there. They even like to change lease agreements at there descrection. High drug problem, break ins, peeping toms, and stolen autos a reg. but if that isnt discouraging enjoy the millapedes, centipedes, silver fish, rollie pollies, spiders, ---- roaches, and the occasional peeping-rapist-car jacker.

I can attest to the peeping toms!! I haven't moved out yet but I expect to get screwed.

I looked at three of The Ethans apartments today. The young man who gave the tour was pleasant and helpful. However the women in the office looked at me like "what the ---- do you want". I agree with the man who said that they have a God complex because all but one acted like they were all that and a bag of chips. I won't be going back.
