On the surface, The Ethans, looks like a great deal. They appear to be in a great, safe location, not so much. Granted they are right behind KCPD, but that does not gurantee any sort of safety. A few weeks back, during my deep sleep, I hear something that wakes me a little. My husband then bursts into the room to ask me if I had heard the gun shot!! Not a week later, around 3:00 am. an explosion so loud to wake me up and freak us out. Someone also tried to jimmy our lock, to break in. The guy downstairs from us was burglarized.
If you are interested in the safety of yourself or your family, do not move here! Don't let anyone you know move here!
