(user photo) (user photo) Mold on the ceiling in master shower, called twice about it, only sprayed bleach, and painted over. (user photo) however small, it's a urine stain from the raccoons that lived in the ceiling. called, they sprayed bleach and painted over, but it's back. (user photo) Large urine stain above sliding glass door. Again from raccoons, and again sprayed bleach and painted over. Keeps coming back!

I'm glad this website is available. My fiance and I were seriously considering moving into this complex until I read a few of the most recent reviews. I don't think I'd move into this place if it were the only apartments in Kansas City.

Thanks everyone for your reviews, your words have truly been spoken, I'll find an apartment with better security, services, and comfort elsewhere.
