When i first moved here at the Ethans I thought this place would be a great place to live but i was very wrong.I feel like the stupid tramps who work in the front office scammed me. First of all the maintenance here is horrible. The maintenance crew are a bunch of hillbillies who don't do ----.When I had a leak in my ceiling I called the main office everyday and it took the damn maintnence crew over a month to come look at the leak and they didn't even fix the damn leak they just painted over the damn spot.The maintenance crew doesn't even wear uniforms and i think they break into apartments here at the complex. I seen the maintenance crew shoot guns here at the complex and they smell like alcohol when they come to your apartment. One day when i was in the shower and one of the maintenance crew walked in on me while i was naked they didn't call or say they were coming.The stupid bastards also decided to replace a water tank in my building and they shut all the water off in my building and they didn't even warn us that they were doing this and i woke up trying to get ready for work and i didn't have any water, when i called the office they acted like they didn't care. Enough about the maintenance now lets talk about the neighborhood. You would think the area is safe being so close to the police dept. but it is not. There is a low income complex for poor people name Crooked Creek down the street and the people who live there are scary. I seen scary people from that complex walk up and down the street at all hours and they break into cars here at the Ethans and they are just Ghetto hood rats who should move back to the city because they are really making the whole area look bad. I have also heard about people being raped here and there are an a lot of burglaries here as well during the day. I have to work the night shift just to be safe that my apartment is not robbed. The stupid tramps in the office don't even make us aware when there is crime here. I would also warn all Single women to not move here i repeat all single women should think twice about living here because there are perverts who are breaking into the apartments of single women and they are doing sex crimes so be aware of that as well. In conclusion my lease is almost up and i am moving as far away from this dump that i can and i warn all others who want to move here to don't because living at the Ethans is no resort it is more like living in hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to say that there is a huge problem with dog poop here at the Ethans. Nearly everyone has a dog and no one cleans up after there dog.The grass is just covered and dog ---- you can not walk or play in the grass without looking down to make sure you don't step in dog poop. The people here are so lazy they even let their dogs crap on the damn sidewalks and they don't even give an damn to even try to clean it up

I truly feel sorry for people in your predicament - you obviously have some self-esteem issues, as well as some education issues to deal with. It is sad that you feel so threatened by the residents of Crooked Creek - perhaps if you bothered to greet them like the normal human beings they are, you would not feel so intimidated by them. Your discriminatory remarks are irresponsible, and not necessary in a forum discussing an apartment complex. I'm sure there are other websites where your racist and biggoted remarks would be more welcome. I have been a resident of the Ethans for more than 4 years, and will likely remain for several more. I live in an area of the complex that is predominantly retired, or young families (larger apartments, more responsible residents), and we do not have any of the issues mentioned in this poor residents review. I agree with a previous reviewer - if you are an upstanding, responsible resident, you will likely not have any problems being a resident here.
