Must love bugs!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I was a resident for 1 year and it was one of the worst experiences ever! We had the most ridiculous millipede, ant, and spider infestation. I had to vacuum and sweep their corpses up on a daily basis. The complex supposedly had the apartment sprayed, but I seriously doubt that. I swear that if they did, it only made matters worse! Also, the maintenance people are a joke. They've supposedly fixed the dishwasher several times, but it still retains water for days after being ran. Their fix for the toilet running/leaking was to turn the water almost completely off so that it barely filled up. All this did was keep anything from flushing in under 3 attempts. The office staff is incompetent, and don't know what they are talking about. They don't tell you anything regarding you're lease agreement, so read thoroughly before you sign. You have to do the most ridiculous tasks before moving out and turning your keys in. Seriously reconsider somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!
